Poblano Chicken

Comments:
My husband Steve went to grade school and high school with Paul Schatte from Head Country. He turned us on to his bar-b-q sauce. Here is a simple easy recipe I came up with that can be prepared ahead of time and baked when you get home from work.
Submitted by: Kathy Schultz

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (rinsed and patted dry).

Seed and slice 1 large pablano pepper.

Here is the good part, cover with one full bottle of Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce (original, smokey or hot)

Steps:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Placed chicken breasts in baking dish.

Place pepper flesh side down on chicken breasts.

Pour the bar-b-q sauce over the chicken and pepper.

Bake for 1 hour or until chicken reaches 170 degrees internal

That's all there is to it, simple but very good. Enjoy, Kathy
