Ingredients:
1 package 12-count flour tortillas
1 16-oz package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Head Country Garden Rich Salsa
1 teaspoon Head Country All-Purpose Seasoning

Steps:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl until well-blended.
Warm tortillas in original package in microwave for 30 seconds. Place tortilla on a clean flat surface. Spread a thin amount of mixture on tortilla. Make sure to cover the entire tortilla so it will stick together when rolling up. Roll tortilla gently so it does not crack. Place in pan so it does not unroll. Repeat until all mixture is used up. Cover and refrigerate tortilla rolls for 30 minutes.
Place a small bowl of Head Country Garden Rich Salsa on a platter. When ready to serve, slice tortilla rolls into 1-inch medallions. Arrange medallions on platter around the bowl of salsa and serve.
