Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 cup fine breadcrumbs 3/4 cup minced onion, divided 2 tablespoons minced green pepper 1/2 teaspoon Head Country Premium Marinade 4 oz Cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese, cut into 36 1/4 inch cubes 2 teaspoons Head Country Seasoning 2 cups Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, any flavor

Steps: Combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup minced onion, green pepper, Head Country Premium Marinade, in a large bowl. Knead to combine well.
Shape ground beef into 1-inch balls. Press one cube of cheese into center of each meatball. Pinch meat again to seal cheese inside.
Cook meatballs in large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides. Set aside to drain. Sprinkle Head Country Seasoning over top of meatballs.
Drain dripping from skillet and return to medium heat. Add Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce and meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in cornstarch mixture, if desired.
Serve on pre-heated platter or transfer to a chafing dish to keep warm. Serve with wooden toothpicks or pretzle sticks.
