Baked Beef Dip

Comments:
 For a reduced fat recipe, simply substitute light cream cheese, light sour cream and skim or fat-free milk.

For best results, prepare recipe the day before serving.

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon butter
2 8-oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
2 packages (2 1/2 oz each) dried beef, coarsely chopped and divided
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons Head Country Seasoning
1 tablespoon well shaken Head Country Premium Marinade
4 teaspoons minced green onion
1 2-oz jar pimentoes, drained and minced

Steps:
Saute' pecans in butter until lightly browned. Remove to paper towel to drain. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with pecans. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

To finish: Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot on crackers.
