Salmon Party Spread

Ingredients:
1 15.5oz can salmon, drained
1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh preferred
2 teaspoons grated onion
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon Head Country Seasoning
1/2 cup chopped pecans OR walnuts
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps:
Flake salmon, discarding skin and bones. In mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, lemon juice, grated onion, horseradish and hot pepper sauce. Add salmon, mix well. Chill for 1 hour to overnight.

In a small bowl, combine Head Country Seasoning, nuts and parsley. Using sheet of wax paper, form salmon into a ball or 8-inch long log. Roll ball or log in nut mixture. Chill.

Serve with crackers.
