CATERING INFO
Few caterers in the USA are as well-equipped as Head Country to cook our delicious brand of bar-b-q on-site – at your place. There is nothing like the impressive sight of big stainless steel cookers and the rich aroma of top quality meats smoking over a hickory and pecan wood fire. It's a promise of good things to come. It's a memory your guests will compare all other parties to for years to come.

Head Country maintains some half-dozen smokers ready to roll at a moment's notice. We've shown guests at the universities of Purdue, Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin and, of course, Oklahoma, what it's like to eat real bar-b-q! Conoco's Mid-Continent unit celebrated its 125th birthday with a Head Country catering for 8,000 employees and their families. Other companies celebrate a job well done with a blue ribbon line-up of smoked ribs, beef brisket and all the trimmings.
And our menu is as flexible as our staff. From heavy hors d'oeuvres to steaks, Head Country can do it all. And there is an added bonus, as the security detail for our state's governor declared (after working an exhausting round of campaign fund-raisers featuring prettily presented finger foods), "I love it! It has names you can pronouce!"
If you desire a truly memorable meal to which nothing else will compare, please give Danny or Paul a call at (888) 762-1227 or you can e-mail us at pschatte@headcountry.com.
You can also contact the restaurant at (580) 767-8304.
Just some basic information will get the ball rolling:
• Number of anticipated guests
• Your menu ideas
• Your budget (or price per person)
• Event date and time
• Occasion (we ask this because the types of guests will affect the serving size. For example, a roomful of husky men will eat more than a guest list of family members.)
We'll respond with a free, no-obligation job estimate and ideas that come from years (and thousands of miles) of experience!

Dear Customers of Head Country Catering:
Head Country has been catering functions for me for over 10 years. Head Country is the finest bar-b-que I've ever put in my mouth. The personnel that perform these functions are dedicated to customer service regardless of the location or conditions.
Over the years, whether I made the deal or not, everyone remembers the lunch.
If you have any questions concerning the quality of food and service or impact on your employees/customers, please do not hesitate to call me.
Sincerely,

Re: Letter of Reference
Bank of Nichols Hills has used Head Country to cater several customer appreciation functions. The food was superb and the service excellent. We will be hosting a grand opening celebration for our new branch located in downtown Oklahoma City in June and have again contracted with Head Country to serve our customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting ready to host an event which calls for great food and service.

Don't you love it when a plan comes together!! Guys...the Head Country Capitol Event was a great success. All afternoon I heard comment after comment about how delicious the food was.
I'm sure the two-room set up and the parking problems were a logistical nightmare...but you handled it great. You got there early. You were ready on time.
Dale and Glenda - you and your people are real pros. Thank you for doing such a superb job.
Look forward to seeing you soon. If you ever should want a letter of recommendation for some bid you are submitting, we would be very pleased to endorse you. Thanks again.
