Baby Back Ribs
Oven baked Baby Back Ribs
Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs. Many times baby back ribs do not have this silvery membrane on them. Season with Head Country Seasoning. Seasoning can be done overnight, if preferred. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F . Bake ribs uncovered for 1 hour, in a baking dish. There is no need to turn the ribs. After an hour brush with bbq sauce and cover with aluminum foil. Return the ribs to the oven for 1 1/4 hours longer. Remove baking dish with heat protecting gloves. Uncover the ribs and brush with Head Country Bar-B-Q sauce again. Let ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce.
