Try This-
I use frozen talipia fillets because fresh is not an option here in kansas.
Thaw your fillets before preparing.
prepare grill to around 350 degrees(rake coals to one side).
sprinke lemon pepper and Head Country All-Purpose Championship Seasoning on both sides of fillet.
then drizzle both sides with extra virgin olive oil.
place fillets on outer edge of coals.
put lid on for 4 mins then flip them.
after 4 mins.......BAM....they're done.
