At Head Country, there is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our community. Great barbecue is about people. We strive to reflect this core belief in everything we do, from producing our sauces in the heartland of this great country, to sending our products out to our partners and customers from coast to coast.
At this time, we believe it is our role and responsibility to prioritize two things: The health and safety of our customers, partners, and staff, and following the latest recommendations of local and national authorities with regard to the unfolding situation with the coronavirus known as COVID-19.
We will continue to make decisions with vigilance and according to the latest information, and to our core principles as a company. “Do the right thing” is central to our approach to doing business and serving customers. Our resilience as a company is owed to our unwavering mission to prioritize friends, family, excellent products, and our community—all the things at the core of what good food and great barbecue are all about.
We are vigilantly working to stay aware of the current recommendations of national and local authorities, and to ensure that we are operating safely and with minimal disruption to service. We continue to take all appropriate precautions to safely produce your favorite BBQ sauces, seasonings, and marinade, and to ensure the health and safety of Team Head Country.
It is our intent to remain transparent, as always. Any and all updates having to do with service or shipping disruption will be posted on our website and on our social-media channels (Facebook and Instagram).
We have a long-standing history of caring for our staff and partners, recognizing that they are the heartbeat of Head Country. We want to say thank you for being a valued part of the Head Country community, and thank you for being a loyal customer.
