1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce (we used The Original)
1 cup shredded cooked chicken breasts (try our slow cooker pulled chicken recipe)
1 ½ cup finely shredded colby & monterey jack cheeses
1 tbs Head Country Championship Seasoning (we used High Plains Heat)
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
2. Mix cream cheese and Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce until blended. Add chicken, 1 cup of shredded cheese and Head Country Championship Seasoning; mix well.
3. Spread onto bottom of shallow oven-safe dish. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake 20-25 mins, or until bubbly. Sprinkle with onions and cilantro for serving.
