3-5 pound bone-in pork shoulder (Boston or Butt)

Head Country All-Purpose Marinade
Season pork shoulder generously with Head Country Original Championship Seasoning. Place in a 6-quart (large) slow cooker.
Add half a bottle of Head Country All-Purpose Marinade, being sure to shake well before adding.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Remove the pork to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Add some cooking liquid back to the meat before serving.
