You don't have to be from the South to love this pimento cheese dip recipe. We added our Championship Seasoning to this regional classic to complement the cheesy creaminess of the dip and the subtle zing of the pimentos (you can use diced roasted red peppers, too). Opt for our High Plains Heat for an extra kick.
4oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp adobo sauce
16oz shredded cheddar (not pre-shredded)
4oz roasted red peppers or pimentos, diced
1 Tbsp. Head Country Original Championship Seasoning
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Serve as a spread or dip for crackers and sandwiches, or as a topping for burgers and fried-chicken sandwiches.
