We love these sweet potatoes as a side dish to everything from burgers and fried chicken to lettuce wraps and roasted turkey. Cooking them in a big, heavy cast iron skillet allows the potatoes to caramelize, giving them a delicious crust that's the perfect mix of sweet and savory.
