1 cup of chicken, cooked, diced and Seasoned with Head Country Championship Seasoning, High Plains Heat
6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
3/4 cup canned corn kernels, drained
3/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup Ranch dressing
1/4 cup Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, The Original
1/4 cup tortilla strips
Place romaine lettuce in a large bowl; top with beans, corn, chicken and cheese.
Pour Ranch dressing and Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce on top of the salad and gently toss to combine.
Top with tortilla strips and serve immediately.
