Spicy Summer Guacamole


BBQ Basics

Ingredients

3 avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons Head Country Championship Seasoning, High Plains Heat

Cooking Instructions

1. In a large bowl place the peeled and seeded avocados, mash with a fork or potato masher.
2. Mix in the Head Country Championship seasoning.
3. Fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro and fresh lime juice.
4. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.
