2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenders, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce (we used Apple Habanero), divided (plus more if desired for serving)
1 pound bacon, slices cut in half
1 pound mixed mini sweet peppers, seeded and with the top removed
1 red onion, cut into squares
1 pineapple, cubed
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and gather your ingredients.
2. Add the chicken to a bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons of Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce. Wrap each piece of chicken with 1/2 a slice of bacon and secure with tooth pick. Thread the bacon-wrapped chicken on skewers, alternating with peppers, red onions and pineapple cubes.
3. Once you've made all the skewers, place them on the hot grill. Grill the skewers until bacon has browned and crisped and chicken has cooked through, 3-4 minutes per side. During the last minute of cooking, brush each skewer with Head Country all over.
4. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes, then serve immediately with additional sauce on the side for dipping.
