In-store Purchase

Where can I find Head Country in stores to me?
You can find a location with Head Country near you using our store locator.Please note that we can’t confirm a certain item will be in-stock at any given time. Also, not all stores carry every flavor. If making a special trip, we recommend that you call the location ahead of time for availability. You may also purchase our products online here.

I can’t find my favorite Head Country sauce at my local store anymore. What happened?
Sometimes stores stop ordering certain products because they misjudge how many people actually WANT the item. If your store stopped carrying the Head Country flavor you love, let them know! Managers can often get it back for you in no time.

I want to try Head Country but it’s not available near me. When will you be in my area?
We’re working hard to get Head Country available coast to coast but sometimes, stores need to hear from their customers! We would greatly appreciate it if you’d let your local store know that you want Head Country and you want it now! It really does help. In the meantime, you can find all of our products for purchase online here.

Ordering Online

Can your products be purchased online?
Yes, you will find all of our products online and available for purchase here.

How long will it take before my order ships?
It depends on your location on when you will receive your product, but Head Country ships all orders placed before 4:00 pm Monday-Thursday within 2 business days. Orders placed after hours on Friday or over the weekend, will be processed within the next two business days. Please refer to your order confirmation and tracking numbers for more specific information.

How much will shipping cost from my location? 
It is hard to determine the shipping cost without knowing the size and weight of the products that you are interested in ordering. Once you have selected your products, you can use the shipping calculator available here.

Are bulk sizes available?
Bulk sizes of certain items are available but not online. If you are interested in ordering quantities of sauce greater than 50 lbs., please contact us.

Does Head Country offer coupon codes?
Yes, from time to time. Sign up for our Head Honcho rewards program for the chance to win free swag and prizes, promo codes for online orders, and be the first to know what is going on with Head Country!

Nutritional Facts & Handling Information

Do you have a list of ingredients for your products?
Ingredients may be found on the back of every bottle. If you have further questions about ingredients not addressed by reading the label, please feel free to contact us.

Do your products have Food allergens?
All Head Country products are labeled in accordance with the FDA food labeling requirements, including the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (Title II of Public Law 108-282), which requires foods to be labeled that contain the major food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans. At this time, all Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauces and Seasonings are free of allergens except Head Country Premium Marinade, which contains Soy. Please refer to the ingredients statement on the back of every Head Country product for specific information prior to consumption. Please contact us if you have any specific question about sensitive agents in the Head Country products.

Do your products contain MSG?
Our sauces do not have any added MSG but MSG is naturally occurring in tomatoes, a core ingredient in our sauces. Our seasoning does contain MSG but we have a No-MSG version available.

Are your products vegetarian and vegan?
Yes, all of our products are vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Are your products gluten free?
Yes, all Head Country products are gluten free.

How do you support your gluten free claims? (Pending claim)
Products are sent to accredited labs for gluten testing. Results are confirmed by the quality team at Head Country to ensure that the products are gluten free. Our Quality Control team will be happy to answer any questions you might have on the gluten claims.

Has your marinade recipe changed?
Our former 12 oz. Premium Marinade recipe changed slightly due to a supplier change. We now produce a 20 oz. version. It’s a very similar recipe, and is now manufactured in-house. Does

Head Country need to be refrigerated?
Head Country BBQ sauce is shelf stable for 3 years, however we recommend refrigerating Head Country after opening for best quality.

How can I get my BBQ competition team sponsored?
We have already selected our teams for the 2017 year but be on the lookout for us to announce when we begin accepting applications for our 2018 teams. We will announce on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/headcountry. In the meantime, we have a Head Honcho program that we think you will enjoy. Head Country (the sauce company) is no longer associated with the restaurant formerly known as Head Country. The restaurant is now called “Danny’s BBQ Head Quarters” and may be reached at http://www.dannysbbqhq.com.
