This recipe can be made using whatever sausage varieties you may have. Our version has been scaled to 6 hearty servings of our favorite combo. Plan on 1/3 pound of meat per person, with additional sides if scaling up or down.
2 Lbs. total of your favorite mix of the following:
1 kielbasa sausage, whole, sliced on the diagonal
3-4 hot links, sliced on the diagonal
½ Lbs. cubed bologna
1 20 oz. bottle Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce
Cook sausage, hot links, and bologna in cast iron skillet on medium-high heat until seared and browned on most sides.
Add Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes until meat is heated through and sauce has thickened and caramelized, sticking to the meat. Divide between plates and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
