Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
4 strips of bacon
1 cup Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, The Original
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground chipotle
1 tsp lime juice
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Cotija Mexican cheese
cast iron skillet

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, sour cream, ground cumin, ground chipotle, & lime juice
2. Cook bacon in your cast iron skillet, set to the side
3. While skillet is still hot, slice your avocado and place halves on the skillet and sear
4. Dice bacon
5. Place avocado halves on to a plate, load with cotija cheese, bacon, and drizzle on sauce mixture
